These terms govern your use of the Brampton Dentists website and mobile app (the "Service"), operated by Brampton Dentists in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You may manage appointments for dependents (such as your children) and confirm you are authorized to provide their information and consent to their care.
The Service is for booking and managing routine dental care. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical or dental advice. For a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or our emergency line. Information in the app does not replace an in-person diagnosis by your dentist.
An appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation in the app or by email. We may decline, modify or cancel a booking (for example if a provider becomes unavailable) and will notify you so you can rebook at no charge. Repeated no-shows may restrict online booking.
The Service is for booking only and does not take any payment online. All payment is made in person at the clinic. Where supported, the clinic can direct-bill most major Canadian insurance plans and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP); any portion not covered is your responsibility. Your dentist reviews any costs and your coverage with you before treatment. Nothing in the Service is a quote or a guarantee of insurance coverage.
Use the Service for lawful, personal appointment-booking purposes. Don't misrepresent your identity, abuse the system, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
